Al Rossell | GRI & CRB

Al Rossell, designated managing broker and owner of the firm, is a 55+ year veteran of the Real Estate Industry and has had extensive experience in marketing single-family and investment properties. A lifelong resident of Oak Park, Al is a 1968 graduate of Northwestern University and has been awarded the Realtors® Designations GRI and CRB. He has held numerous positions in the Oak Park Area Association of Realtors, including being president for two years, was Realtor of the Year in 1987 and 2022 and is a current Board Member of Midwest Real Estate Data (The Local Multiple Listing Service). He has instructed numerous individuals in pre-license real estate classes and is a licensed continuing education instructor for the Real Estate industry in Illinois. Recently received Realtor Emeritus status from the Nationals Association of Realtors.
Al is also a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and has appraised numerous homes on the National Register.
